Privacy policy
How TAK Studio handles the details you send us, and what this site measures.
Last updated October 2, 2026.
Who we are
This site, takstudio.net, is run by TAK Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company in the United States. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean TAK Studio LLC. You can reach us about anything here at Info@takstudio.net.
What we collect
We collect personal information only when you send it to us. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, the discipline you are asking about, your message and the page you sent it from. If you email us directly, we receive whatever your email contains.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How we use it
We use the details you send to reply to your enquiry, to discuss and deliver any project that follows, and to keep a record of the conversation. For visitors in the European Economic Area and the UK, our legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
Where it is kept and who can see it
Each enquiry is emailed to our studio mailbox, and a copy is stored in the website's database, which only our team can access. The site is hosted by Hostinger, and our email provider runs our mailbox; both handle the data on our behalf. These providers may store data outside your country, including in the United States.
To stop automated spam, the form keeps a one-way hash of your IP address for up to an hour to limit repeated submissions. It is not stored with your enquiry.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics, connected through Google's Site Kit plugin, to see how people find and use this site: which pages they visit, how they arrived, roughly where they are (country and city) and what kind of device and browser they use. We read these figures in aggregate to improve the site. They do not tell us who you are, and we do not combine them with enquiries.
Google Analytics sets first-party cookies, named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID, which can last up to two years. Google receives this data and may process it in the United States. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out browser add-on. You can also change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings control in the footer.
The home page also notes in your browser's local storage when it last played its opening animation, so the animation does not replay on every visit. That note never leaves your browser.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to respond and, if we work together, for the life of the project and the records it requires. We review stored enquiries regularly and delete the ones we no longer need.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email Info@takstudio.net and we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, you can also object to how we use your information and complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
