TAK Studio is an integrated design practice, established in 2019, that designs buildings, interiors, and the technology within them. It has two divisions, Architecture & Design (architecture, interiors, BIM) and AV & Technology (audiovisual, security, lighting control), delivered by one coordinated team from concept to commissioning with a single point of contact.

It is a single practice that designs both the built environment and the technology systems inside it, instead of splitting them between separate firms. Because architecture, interiors, BIM, and AV/security/lighting are coordinated against the same model, conflicts are caught on screen rather than on site, and the documentation is drawing-ready.

Yes. TAK Studio works with clients in the United States, Europe, and worldwide. Design, BIM, scan-to-BIM, and documentation are model- and drawing-based deliverables, so they are delivered wherever a project is, in coordination with your local architect, consultant, or contractor.

Yes. Each division stands on its own. You can take Architecture & Design or AV & Technology on its own. When you take both, it is the same studio coordinating them end to end, which is where the single-point-of-contact advantage is largest.
